Rt. 114 Reconstruction

North Andover, in conjunction with MassDOT, will be reconstructing Rt. 114 from the intersection with Waverly Rd. (Walgreen and Petco) to the intersection with Mill St (just beyond the Stop & Shop). The project will standardize the road to two travel lanes in each direction and install a sidewalk-level 10' shared use path on the south side of the road and a 5' sidewalk on the north side of the road.

Status:

The 114 reconstruction project will be funded through the 2023 TIP, with construction planned to start in 2024. The project will take 3-4 years to complete.
